Deposit/Cancellation Policies for each season.
Winter (December 1 – April 15)
Deposit: 100% full payment due upon booking.
Cancellation: Winter season reservations require full payment
at time of booking. Winter season reservations canceled 31 or more
days prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $50.00 processing
fee. Reservations canceled out right or decreased in reservation
room nights’ 30 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit
the entire lodging deposit plus tax.
Spring, Summer, Fall (April 16 - November 30)
Deposit: First and last nights deposit due upon booking.
Cancellation: Spring/Summer/Fall season reservations require
first & last night’s lodging deposit plus tax and community
surcharge at time of booking. Spring/Summer/Fall season reservations
canceled 15 or more days prior to arrival date will be refunded less
a $25.00 processing fee. Partial or full cancellation of room reservations
received within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full for the original
reservation.
